Brief biography ;; Having contracted an illness that damaged both her auditory nerve and the broca’s area of her brain, the girl was sapped of her hearing and ability to piece sounds to letters- and thus, her ability to communicate. Her parents did what they could, paying for a tutor to teach her sign-language and how to lip-read. She excelled with it quite notably, becoming fluent in signing and in the reading of the lips to the point where she could teach others quite easily.
Personality ;; Hana is of quiet nature, expectedly, and somewhat of a recluse- though she isn’t necessarily against having friends, she just prefers to remain alone. Though, once she opens up, you’ll find that she’s a bit lazy, as well as cynical and a bit arrogant, but kind overall.
She treats those she doesn’t know with caution, and with politeness. She’s not the one to approach people beforehand- you have to approach her most of the time, unless she finds you particularly interesting or curious.
As well, she’s unusually perceptive- probably owing to the fact that she’s basically watched people most of life, looking at their body language, rather than hearing their voices.
